Warming Orange Peel & Ginger Syrup : 

¾ cup orange peel 

3 cups water 

1 Tbsp fresh chopped ginger root 

3 cloves 

1 cup honey 

1- Add all herbs and berries to a pot and bring to a boil. 

2- Simmer for 45 minutes or until the liquid is reduced in half. 

3- Strain through a fine mesh strainer using a spoon to press all the liquid out. 

4- Add 1 cup honey and mix thoroughly. 

5- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. 

6- Make a spritzer by adding 1–2 tablespoons to sparkling water or use as a flavorful sweetener in cocktails and mocktails. 

Brewing Tips:  

Put 2-3 Tbsp orange peel in a pot with 2 cups water.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes or longer depending on strength desired. Strain through a fine mesh filter.  
Enjoy sweetened with honey.  
Chill for a refreshing iced drink.
