Curved & Straight Dual Use: Woodworking edge bander is featuring a 51.97in/132cm foldable swing-arm with a 7.87in/20cm high-suction disc enables smooth curved and straight edge banding. The foldable arm adjusts freely during operation, reducing labor and time while boosting efficiency.  Dual Foot Pedal: Two independent foot pedals control suction disc stability and strip feeding/cutting, freeing hands for safer, faster workflows. Dual oil-water separators ensure the accurate air pressure for smooth cutting, feeding, and suction. Multi-Functional Panel: The grid-shaped gluing roller achieves uniform glue coating, the glue quantity can be accurately controlled and adjusted in the working process, and excessive glue coating can be avoided. The digital control panel allows easy adjustments for temperature, speed, edge banding timing, motor control, and emergency stops. Temperature Control: Preheat until hot melt glue emits slight smoke, and then reduce the temperature by 5-10 degrees every 5-10 minutes. When the machine is used for the first time or each time another hot melt glue is replaced, the temperature must be reset. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the motor can be started. Bonding Wheel: Ensure flawless adhesion of PVC, plastic, or melamine edge bands to boards with the bonding wheel. The width of the bonding wheel should be 0.5mm larger than that of the edge banding strip, and can be adjusted as required. The bonding wheel can assist in edge banding operation and can prevent the edge banding strip from deviation.

5. When disassembling and repairing the machine, first turn off the power and then wear protective tools.

6. When inspecting the circuit, be sure to completely disconnect the power supply, otherwise there is still electricity in the circuit!

7. The machine needs to be connected with an air compressor which needs to be prepared by the customer.
