Coy’s was a beloved restaurant in Hot Springs, AR that opened in 1945 and was destroyed by fire in 2009. Still winning awards today, the family is carrying on the family passion for flavor with their line of seasonings and dressing. One of the many things that made Coy’s special was it’s signature greeting/appetizer of warm crackers in tin and carafe of the house-made dressing. Coy’s hosted Presidents, Celebrities, Miss Americas, and Bass Master Hall of Fame Members who enjoyed the "Best Steak in Arkansas" and, of course, the warm saltines with our house salad dressing (that sometimes even made it to a salad!)
