Unpretentious Baker All Purpose Flour in a resealable bucket, great for food storage Light and soft texture, great for all kinds of baking Comes in a sealed bucket, good for food storage Can be used to make cookies, pancakes, pie crusts and breads Packaged in the USA Soft Dinner Rolls Ingredients: 4 cups All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cups water 2 tsp active dry yeast 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1/4 milk powder 4 Tbsp butter Instructions: In the bowl of a stand mixer, add warm water, brown sugar, and yeast. Stir until the sugar and yeast are dissolved. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, milk powder, and butter. Using a dough hook, mix on low speed for 4 minutes. Turn speed up to medium and mix for 6-8 minutes. The dough should be smooth and pull away from the sides of the bowl. Transfer dough to a large bowl greased with oil. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal portions. About 2.5 oz each. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover loosely and let rise for one hour. Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes, or until evenly golden brown on top. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter while still hot. Yields 12 large rolls
