1. Do not tap the agitated keg. Let your kegs settle wait about two hours.
2. Keep the keg cold. Use an insulated keg bag/bucket filled with ice to keep the beer keg cold.
3. Do not over pump.If the flow of beer slows down, you just need to pump the kegs a few times.
(First cup of beer usually could be foam)

Need Know Before Use
Air is injected into the keg when using the keg pump, the keg needs to finish within 24 hours for the best flavor.

How To Tap A Keg
1.Chill the keg in an insulating bag with ice.
2.Lift the handle of the coupler.
3.Align the coupler lugs with the mouth of the keg and press the coupler down
4.Turn the coupler, until it locks into place.
5.Pull out the handle and push it down.
6.Open the faucet to pour your first beer.(Don’t need to pump before pouring first beer)
7.Pump the tap 5 to 6 times and check the flow rate when the flow is slow.
8.Open faucet all the way when pouring, and first few cups could be foam.
