A mild pork sausage seasoning that contains red pepper, sage, and black pepper. Two 8 ounce packages - Each one correctly seasons 25lbs of meat Make with pork or change it up with chicken, beef, or your favorite game meat. Suggested directions: Coarse grind 25lbs of meat through 1/2" plate. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning, and up to 12oz of water (if desired). Mix for 2 minutes. Regrind through 3/16" plate.
