Description

Adheres with standard PVC Cement Clear PVC Fittings Fitting size is the size of PVC pipe it works with Clear PVC Schedule 40/80 1 Inch Coupling (bluish tint). This is a Schedule 80 fitting, but will work fine with schedule 40 pipe as well. Schedule 80 fittings are just a little thicker and stronger than Schedule 40 fittings.
Fittings only work with Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 PVC pipe, not other types of pipe like acrylic.
Diameters listed indicate what size pipe they work with, so this 1 inch fitting works with 1 inch Schedule 40 or Schedule 80 pipe. This 1 inch fitting has an inside diameter (ID) of approximately 1.315 inch so that a 1 inch PVC Schedule 40 or Schedule 80 pipe will fit inside of it.
For use with standard PVC Cement.
