Elijah’s Xtreme Bourbon Infused Blueberry Chipotle is a unique twist on BBQ sauce. We start with a tomato base, then add fresh blueberries infused with bourbon, a little honey, other spices and chipolte peppers in a delicious adobo sauce. The combination of flavors give way to a slightly sweet, smooth, smoky taste with subtle hints of bourbon and a little kick from the chipotle peppers. Try it on ribs, steaks, burgers, chicken, pork and even as a salad dressing! Use it as a marinade or dipping sauce. Elijah ‘s Story began at the age of 6, in his father’s garden, when he asked what he could do to be the youngest person to eat the worlds hottest pepper. At that, his father gave him a hot banana pepper and said “start here”. That first bite sent Elijah running for water and began his love of hot peppers and hot sauces.
