Pair with a VES shutter to electrically open/close the shutter. Motorized kit can be wired 120/220 Volt. Please use a certified electrician to connect the motor to a reliable power source. An electric power cord is not included. This motorized shutter kit can help pull fresh air in and release old air. Use of the shutter is a component of “Passive Ventilation” which requires a 2:1 ratio of inlet to outlet areas. VES shutter fans (an “Active Ventilation” product where the shutter is paired with a fan) are available for purchase in a separate listing. Motor and hardware for VES motorized shutter kit.
