Warm spice up front, with Rooibos giving it a smooth base. Whole seeds and spices, never tea dust. Best with your choice of milk and a sweetener. Good hot, and good over ice.

Strong by Design

This is a strong, generous brew. For a quick cup, add hot water to a few heaping tablespoons, steep for five to seven minutes, and strain. For a traditional pot, simmer a quarter cup down and strain. Want it lighter? Use less and it stretches further, and you can reuse the leaves two more times.

When I fed my children, my mom lovingly made teas and treats from Ayurvedic recipes passed down, mother to mother, within our family for generations.
